I’ll be honest, I’ve been neglecting my car’s appearance for way too long because life’s been busy and I just haven’t had the time or energy to give it the attention it deserves. My 2018 Chevrolet Traverse has been through a lot with the harsh sun, occasional sandstorms, and the usual parking lot dings, and the paint is looking pretty tired with swirl marks everywhere, light scratches that catch the light, and the interior has accumulated its fair share of dust and grime that just won’t come off with a regular wipe down. I’ve tried taking it to those automatic car wash places and even had a mobile detailing guy come once, but the results were honestly underwhelming and within a week the car looked exactly the same as before. I think I need a proper, thorough detailing job that includes paint correction, polishing, ceramic coating if it’s worth it, and a deep interior clean that actually gets into all the crevices rather than just a surface wipe. I’m based near the Musaffah area and I’ve seen quite a few detailing places around there, but it’s really hard to tell from the outside which ones actually do quality work and which ones just slap on some wax and call it a day. A colleague at work mentioned that there’s premium car detailing service in Musaffah that he’d used for his luxury car and was really impressed with the level of care and attention to detail, but he didn’t give me the name and I forgot to ask. Has anyone here had a really good detailing experience locally and can recommend a place that takes pride in their work and doesn’t rush through the job? I want my car to look as good as it did when I first bought it.
