I am posting on behalf of RehabTruth. For families looking at addiction treatment in the United States, a high rating can leave quite a lot unanswered. On our comparison page, three centers currently have the same 4.9 Google score, but their review counts are 301, 111 and 42. I would keep those counts beside the stars when making a shortlist.
The RehabTruth comparison page puts up to three centers beside each other, with their location and public Google ratings. It is a non-commercial reference, and centers do not pay for inclusion. It covers addiction treatment, not cardiac rehabilitation.
The table cannot tell a family whether a center can handle a particular heart condition. That needs a separate conversation with the treating team and the center before any travel is arranged. What information would you want to see beside a rating when comparing care abroad?
