I’ve always been one of those people who thinks they can handle car cleaning themselves, you know, a bucket of soapy water, a bit of elbow grease, and the car looks decent enough. But honestly, after three years of owning my Range Rover Sport, the paint had slowly gone from that deep, rich metallic shine to something that looked a bit flat and lifeless, no matter how much I tried to polish it by hand. There were swirl marks everywhere from previous washes, tiny scratches that caught the light, and the interior, especially the cream leather, was starting to look grubby around the edges and in the crevices where my cleaning just couldn’t reach. I finally caved in and took it to a proper place that specializes in luxury cars, and I have to say the transformation was genuinely shocking. The paint correction alone brought back that mirror-like finish I thought was gone forever, and the interior looks almost showroom fresh, with the leather conditioned and all the plastics and trims looking spotless and protected. If you’re on the fence about whether professional detailing is worth it, I’d say absolutely, but you really need to go to a shop that knows these vehicles inside out. I was lucky enough to find this specialist Range Rover detailing centre in Abu Dhabi that clearly takes pride in their work and uses the right products and techniques for these premium materials, and now I can’t stop glancing back at my car every time I park it.
