Nitraat wordt in het lichaam inderdaad nitriet. Alleen wanneer het geen biologische teelt is, dan is teveel bladgroenten een probleem, voor zover je van een voedingsmiddel die 1 molecuul verwijderd is van heet menselijk lichaam kan spreken dat het een probleem is. Maar, even terugkomende op het nitriet. Waneer je geen biologische groenten en fruit eet, dan hebben deze voedingsmiddelen twee zuurstof moleculen (O2) te weinig, die bij biologische voeding WEL aanwezig is. Het gevolg is, dat indien er nitraat wordt omgezet naar nitriet zonder deze twee extra moleculen dat VRIJE RADIKALEN vrij spel hebben. Vrije radikalen hebben een zeer schadelijk effect op ons lichaam. Google er maar naar ! Dit heeft dan ook weer gevolg op onze anti oxidanten die door de vrije radikalen om zeep worden geholpen. Met als gevolg een versneld verouderingsproces. Daarentegen staat dat indien men biologisch eet, de vrije radikalen worden ingeperkt door de twee extra zuurstof moleculen (O2) die in de voeding aanzweig zijn. De vrije radikalen gaan hiermee een verbinding aan, met als gevolg dat ze geen schade kunnen doen terwijl de anti oxidanten (die in zeer grote hoeveelheden in biologische voeding aanwezig zijn !!!) zullen helpen ons lichaam tegen verdere oxidatie te beschermen. Naar mate we ouder worden, roesten of oxideren we steeds meer, dus hebben we ook meer anti oxidanten nodig. Daar komt nog bij dat biologische voeding, omdat zij in hummus grond wordt gekweekt, zoder kunstmest en zonder gebruik van bestrijdingsmiddelen veel compacter, sterker en meer weerstand heeft ontwikkeld dan conventieel gekweekt voedsel. Dit heeft weer tot gevolg dat door de langzamere en gestage en compacte groei, er 40 % minder water in het biologische product zit, en vele (misschien wel honderden !) andere stoffen die ons lichaam zo hard nodig heeft zoals Omega’s, veel mineralen en vitaminen etc. , die maar heel weinig nog in conventioneel voedsel te vinden zijn !!! Wel eens van uitgeputte grond gehoord ? De Nederlandse bodem is voor meer dat 60 % al uitgeput als gevolg van het gebruik van kunstmest ! Je begrijpt, dat het gevarieerd eten van bioloigsche groenten en fruit ons lichaam helpt te beschermen tegen allerlei kwalen. Ik kan ervan meepraten. Binnen 3 maanden waren mijn kransslagaderen schoon en waren alle infectie haarden bestreden, aangetoond met een MIBI. En natuurlijk, de omgeving, ons vervuilde millieu blijft een onbekende factor. Of je nu biologisch eet of niet. Maar dat doet niet af aan de vele, zeer vele voordelen van biologisch voor de gezondheid van ons lichaam. Nog tenslotte. Er waren 80.000 eetbare planten in de wereld. Door onze conventionele industrie van mono culturen hebben we deze gereduceerd tot nog maar 8 soorten waar nog ander eetbare planten van worden afgeleid. En dan nog maar niet te vergeten de GM zaden. De Ruiter Seeds is nog pas overgenomen door Monsanto in Nederland. Binnen enekel jaren zal al het plantaardig voedsel in Nederland van GM oorsprong zijn. Ga maar snel een tuintje beginnen. :lol:

Heart Failure and Cholesterol Levels

B. Tamara and others published in the American Heart Journal, September, 2008 their studies of the relationship between lower cholesterol levels and heart failure. You may have read my essays on this subject previously and it all has to do with CoQ10 and the vital role it plays in cellular energy.
CoQ10 levels plummet shortly after statins are initiated and along with this comes reduced ATP ( adenosine triphosphate ) the energy medium in the human body (and throughout much of life, for that matter.) I have said before that because of the extremely high energy requirement of the heart (like feeding a 16 cylinder gasoline engine), the heart is the first to show failure when ATP supplies are low.
Recognizing that the relationship of chronic heart failure and low cholesterol had previously been reported, the particular twist of Tamara and team was in comparing cholesterol levels with acute heart failure while in the hospital.
They studied 17,791 patients from 236 participating hospitals admitted between June of 2005 and June 2007 who had total cholesterol levels recorded. Of the patients studied, 46% were on a lipid-lowering drug. Each 10 mg increase in total cholesterol level was associated with an astonishing 4% decreased risk of in-hospital mortality from heart failure.
They concluded that in patients hospitalized with Heart Failure, lower Total Cholesterol levels independently predict increased in-hospital mortality risk and suggest that further evaluation of the influence of lipid-lowering medication use on outcomes in this population is warranted.
Imagine, 46% of the thousands of patients studied were on a statin because of the “statins can do no harm” philosophy permeating the medical profession at this time. This is the product of four decades of brainwashing about cholesterol being the cause of atherosclerosis simply because it is there, in the atherosclerotic plaque.
I have said this before but I have to repeat it one more time – this is the same as saying firefighters are the cause of fires because they are found at fires in great concentration.
The irrelevance of cholesterol has been proven time and time again in the past decade but forty years of mind control is hard to delete. So, if you enter the hospital with a cholesterol value higher than acceptable artificial limits (determined by a panel of medical experts, the majority of whom are on drug company payrolls) you are almost guaranteed to be placed on a statin (if you are not already) thereby substantially increasing your chances of being discharged in a box.
I did not make up these figures. They are published for all the world to see. One can only hope your doctor will seethem.

Zorgwekkende ontwikkeling ja. De chemiereus Monsanto is machtig. De Roundup (herbicide) van Monsanto wordt veilig genoemd (veel gemeenten en particulieren gebruiken het), maar dat is het allerminst..

Mijn sympathie krijg je voor het besluit om zelf de regie te willen gaan houden over je herstel en je gezondheid…. het heeft duidelijk een goed effect gehad :)
Ik heb zelf ook afgezien van statinen, ik las 10 jaar geleden (!) al in orhomoleculair wetenschappelijke tijdschriften dat een statine Q10 uitput en kanker kon veroorzaken.
